General Terms
By making a reservation at Kedas Hotel & Resort, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your booking.
Reservations
Booking Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us with a valid booking code. Please verify all details in your confirmation and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
Payment
- A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation
- Payment can be made via bank transfer to our official account
- The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid upon check-in
- We accept cash and major credit cards for payment at the hotel
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Check-out time: 12:00 (12:00 PM)
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation
Modifications
Changes to your reservation (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in to request modifications.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- Treat hotel property and staff with respect
- Not disturb other guests
- Comply with all hotel policies and Indonesian law
- Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
Hotel Policies
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel unless prior arrangement has been made with management.
Visitors
Non-registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms. Visitors must register at the front desk.
Liability
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings
- Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or hotel safety deposit box
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if they violate these terms
Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Peraturan Tamu Individu
- Tamu wajib menunjukkan identitas diri (KTP/SIM/Passport) yang masih berlaku saat check-in
- Tamu yang belum menikah dan bukan keluarga tidak diperkenankan menginap dalam satu kamar
- Tamu bertanggung jawab atas semua barang bawaan pribadi
- Dilarang membawa hewan peliharaan tanpa persetujuan pihak hotel
- Dilarang membawa makanan/minuman dari luar ke area restoran
- Tamu wajib menjaga ketenangan dan tidak mengganggu tamu lainnya
Peraturan Tamu Grup/Rombongan
- Reservasi grup minimal 5 kamar atau lebih
- Wajib menyerahkan daftar nama tamu (rooming list) minimal 3 hari sebelum check-in
- Koordinator grup bertanggung jawab atas seluruh anggota rombongan
- Perubahan jumlah kamar atau tamu harus dikonfirmasi minimal 48 jam sebelum check-in
- Aktivitas grup yang menggunakan fasilitas umum harus dikoordinasikan dengan pihak hotel
- Kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh anggota grup menjadi tanggung jawab koordinator/penanggung jawab grup
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early Check-In (sebelum pukul 14:00)
- Check-in pukul 06:00 - 10:00: Dikenakan biaya 50% dari harga kamar
- Check-in pukul 10:00 - 12:00: Dikenakan biaya 25% dari harga kamar
- Check-in pukul 12:00 - 14:00: Gratis (subject to availability)
Late Check-Out (setelah pukul 12:00)
- Check-out pukul 12:00 - 15:00: Dikenakan biaya 25% dari harga kamar
- Check-out pukul 15:00 - 18:00: Dikenakan biaya 50% dari harga kamar
- Check-out setelah pukul 18:00: Dikenakan biaya 100% (1 malam penuh)
Catatan: Early check-in dan late check-out tergantung ketersediaan kamar.
Ketentuan Pembayaran
Reservasi di bawah 5 Kamar
- DP minimal 50% untuk mengamankan reservasi
- Pelunasan dapat dilakukan saat check-in
- Pembayaran dapat dilakukan via transfer bank atau tunai
Reservasi 5 Kamar atau Lebih (Grup)
- DP minimal 30% saat booking untuk mengamankan reservasi
- Pelunasan 70% maksimal 7 hari sebelum tanggal check-in
- Pembayaran hanya melalui transfer bank ke rekening resmi hotel
- Bukti transfer wajib dikirimkan untuk konfirmasi
Kebijakan Reschedule
- Reschedule hanya dapat dilakukan 1 (satu) kali
- Pengajuan reschedule minimal 7 hari sebelum tanggal check-in
- Reschedule tergantung ketersediaan kamar pada tanggal baru yang diinginkan
- Jika harga kamar pada tanggal baru lebih tinggi, selisih harga akan ditagihkan
- Jika harga kamar pada tanggal baru lebih rendah, tidak ada pengembalian dana
- Reschedule kedua akan dianggap sebagai pembatalan dan mengikuti kebijakan cancellation
